Knovolo’s top level mobile application, called KnovoloPremier, offers a combination of text messaging with a Mobile Web-focused Content Management System to offer an information delivery platform to agents, brokers and MLSs. This service allows companies, organizations and agents the ability to connect with their customers and/or members from their cell phones.

KnovoloPremier offers more features than both KnovoloBase and KnovoloSelect. It provides up to ten keywords, whereas the other two applications only allowed for one. It gives customers a Mobile Wen portal with up to twenty-five mobile webpages. It comes with a more comprehensive reporting package, which includes weekly and monthly reports. It also includes 500 text messages. These can be used for both notifying your customers and your salespeople or important decision makers in your organization.

The KnovoloPremier service provides customers of this package to upgrade to all of the enhanced services, which include attachment delivery and real-time SMS notification of all inbound requests. This service is designed for companies who need the highest level of mobile communication features.

Depending on your need, Knolovo offers two other applications. KnovoloBase which is the base line mobile application, offers less features for a lower price. KnovoloSelect expands KnovoloBase’s offerings but does not offer as many features as KnvoloPremier.
