
Lone Wolf’s globalWOLF website division offers two solutions to manage your office’s front desk and website needs. WOLFconnect is the front office platform from which you manage your company and agents’ globalWOLF websites.
globalWOLF software allows you to customize your company on your agent website. “My Home Hunter” feature sends your site visitors new listing notifications, saves their searches, keeps track of their favorite listings and requests a showing on listings. Each website is given a unique URL for each listing. The site is easy navigate though, and offers a number of editing tools to personalize your site further. 
globalWOLF provides listing enhancement tools which allow you to add up to 100 photos with custom titles per photo and additional remarks. You are given access to lead management tools which automatically distribute your leads and track them. globalWOLF enables you to use their enhanced contact management tool which includes auto email letters.
globalWOLF also provides you with a showing manager. This manager allows staff and agents to schedule showing appointments and manage those showings. Features include: email and text message showing notifications, track inspection, appraisal and other appointments, track follow up feedback, fully integrated MLS data, showing reports and conditions synchronized from RMS on pending deals.
