Immobel provides a multi-language listing translation service of IDX listing information to corporate/broker websites. This marketing tool can be connected corporate/broker websites. International or non-English speaking clients searching for listings do not use English language search engines and will not be directed to English language websites.  Immobel provides a way to translate the MLS or association database in 13 modern languages.

Standard features include:

• Every page will be branded – The brokerage/office logo and contact information will appear on every search page.
• Your Office Listings – Brokerage listings will be shown in a separate tab called "Our Office Listings" as well as in the general IDX data pool. This allows brokers to give an extra emphasis to their in-house listings, while still providing access to the larger IDX search.
• E-mail alerts – Registered clients can save search criteria, edit it, and receive daily updates of new properties that match their criteria in the language if their choice.
• Email listing to a Friend – Email full color listing brochure to clients framed in the office/brokerage website with the detailed information to the company.

Optional features include:

• Multi-Lingual Agent Search – Clients can search for agents in the office who speak their language.
• E-marketing package – Includes Registered Client Management Console, Website Statistics and more.
• IDX web sites for Agents – Brokers may choose to have multi-lingual agent websites in the same colors, design and branding as the corporate IDX search for all agents from the office. Agent websites can be linked to the main corporate website.
