Frame of Mind Coaching offers ten weeks of group coaching with a trained Frame of Mind coach. As denoted in their name, Frame of Mind Coaching focuses on correcting self-defeating mindsets. They have discovered that often sales teams can sell, but that mental road blocks stifle the team’s progress. Frame of Mind Coaching focuses on cultivating thoughts that will allow their clients to succeed.

Each week group/team members will participate in a group conference call that fully explores one key aspect of their development. Each call focuses on a targeted subject with a clearly articulated theme and is intended to work as part of a precise progression of thought development over the period of ten full weeks.

The ten week Frame of Mind Coaching program includes:

1. A private orientation call with the coach;
2. Daily guided journaling with their new on-line journal program;
3. The coach will read each members’ journal and make comments that will prod, challenge, entice, support and engage them to grow and make the kind of changes they are looking for;
4. Connect with other group members who are all interested in working on their frame of mind to achieve success in their lives and fulfill the dreams and goals as well.

Along with weekly calls, Frame of Mind Coaching uses daily journaling methods as the key ingredient to the coaching program. The Frame of Mind exclusive on-line guided journal system assigns weekly themes for their students to journal about . These themes target a specific aspect of the thought process. Frame of Mind Coaches will review each journal entry, provide feedback and accelerate team members’ goal achievement.
