HomeQuest recently updated their service to include their new IDX property search and Wordpress blogging plugin.  A plugin is an easy way to install additional functionality to your Wordpress website or blog. These new features have been added as an option along with their pre-existing real estate website templates. In the past, you could only enjoy their IDX property search map if you had a site hosted with HomeQuest. Now, you have the option to install their plugin into your existing Wordpress site.

With HomeQuest, you can enhance your website with continually updated listings from the MLS, as well as the ability to add your blog posts to the map as neighborhood information. The plugin features an interactive map that can search property by map window or various shapes such as neighborhood boundaries, zip codes, school boundaries, etc. Visitors can save searches, build folders to store their favorite properties and be notified of new matches via email.  If you're a current HomeQuest subscriber, these new features are free and available within your existing HomeQuest account.

With their community mapping feature you can easily add all your favorite community places directly into your IDX property search map. If you specialize in an area, simply add a few blog posts about your favorite spots and they automatically appear alongside the listings.
