Once Facebook launched Timeline for business pages, many real estate agents were unprepared, or even slightly intimidated by all the added features. But the benefits of Timeline and the new features for your real estate business far outweighs the small amount of time invested to setup your new Facebook page. In addition to the release of Timeline for business pages, Facebook recently released a few more new features to add even more value.
If you are familiar with third-party apps such as Hootsuite or Crowdbooster, you will love this new Facebook feature that allows you to pre-schedule posts on your Facebook wall. This will make posts appear at a specified time instead of only limiting your posts to the time you're actually on Facebook. Page admins can now schedule wall posts up to six months in advance, in 15 minute intervals. This is perfect for real estate agents who have a lot of information to share, but don't necessarily have time to log into Facebook a few times a day.
