This software contains market analysis tools. It allows you to print, email and export all charts and tables. Data can also be customized by firm. AgentMetrics provides unlimited customer support and training included with all subscriptions.

The software offers three tools. The first tool is Market Share Totals/Trends, which gives a quick and easy Market Share for a period of time, or, for flexible period-on-period comparisons. The second tool is Market Dynamics; it is a tool that lets displays pricing data, supply and demand information, and sales rate indicators in visual formats. The final tool is pricing. This shows the distribution of activity (i.e., Sales, Actives and Listed) in the relevant market for any property that is being marketed.
