A wonderful way to make a lasting impression with your clients is by giving them a unique closing gift. Long gone are the days that a bottle of wine or a calendar with your logo on it will impress your clients. Your closing gift may be the last contact you have with them for quite some time, so it's important to let your clients know you care.

I do not believe there is a gift that fits all. As we develop relationships with our clients, we should get an idea of what a good gift is for that person. I do believe that we should make a gift that has lasting impresion, and it could be anything from a magazine subscription that comes 12 months and will remind them of you or something for their home that they will use and remember you when they do. Some do not need anything or are hard to figure out they will be will be happy with your idea.
